Class Notes

We think of our workouts as an intense muscle pampering session - kind of like an hour at the spa, but with heart pumping music and some major sweating. Keep in mind this is your time to work on your body and mind. So;

  • Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. All classes begin exactly at the time posted on the schedule and (except for skipping) are an hour long
  • Wear comfortable workout attire and non-marking athletic shoes with clean soles
  • bring a towel and a water bottle
  • turn off your cell phones at the beginning of the class
  • If this is your first time, please print and complete the following forms and bring them to class. This way you can start the class on time and get the full benefits
