Technique Class: The right way to build fitness confidence

Learning a new skill can be scary. That's why our certified instructors developed this special class to help you understand the benefits of strength training and what it can do for your body. Over the years, we've watched a lot of people workout. The sad news is many of them don't use the equipment correctly which really sucks - they're not getting the most out of their workout, and by not using the equipment correctly, they could end up with an injury!

This class shows you how to perfect your strength training moves to get maximum results and build confidence along the way. We'll show novices how to correctly lift weights for the biceps, triceps, shoulders, and lower body. But we'll also teach those of you who have been working out for years how to get more out of your workout by perfecting your technique. Now that's a win/win situation!
