Pack up the kids and take them to class. No really... we insist. Our Mom & Baby GroupPower fitness class in Vancouver is designed for new moms like you to take control of your body and get back in shape - all while your baby sits safely beside you on the mat, in a car seat or stroller. And if your child needs a little snuggle during the workout, that's fine with us. You are a mom after all. At our Mom & Baby GroupPower Class, you'll get the same great workout as our regular Group Power class which means you'll be shaping up and losing body fat quickly.
You might be excited to get back into shape, but we recommend your baby be at least four weeks old (or six weeks if you had a c-section) before you start your first class. If you want to wait until your second or third month, that's fine too. The only thing we ask is that your baby doesn't crawl - there are heavy weights around and we would be devastated if anything happened to your loved one.
