Group Power is a 60-minute barbell workout that challenges all your major muscle groups. This results-focused class is designed to build muscle and burn fat quickly. You'll be doing squats, lunges, presses and curls, and you'll be doing them while listening to heart pumping music specifically chosen to keep you motivated through the entire class.
It doesn't matter if you're 16 or 60, a couch potato or ironman, Group Power is going to challenge you! Beginners start with light weights while those who are more advanced load up with heavier weights. It's perfect for cross-training, just ask our Dragon Boaters and Marathon Runners!
